John Mosler has over thirty years of international advisory experience from working with start-up to multi-national corporations headquartered around the world.

Over the course of his career Mosler has been a leading innovator and problem solver in the international capital markets working successfully with pre-revenue to large cap companies managing the development and execution of precedent complex securities and advisory strategies.

He began his career in 1983 at Salomon Brother Inc and held positions such as Head of Global Products Structuring and Marketing with oversight for seven businesses as well as Head of Capital Markets and Convertible Securities at leading international investment banks.

John Mosler has been referred to as a ‘Financial Guru’ in leading periodicals such as The New York Times as recently as 2015 emphasizing his progressive innovation and problem/solution skill sets.

John Mosler founded LBE Advisors, Inc. in 2017.
